One player starts in between each blue gate (working player)
Remaining players stand next to a white cone (servers)
Start at gentle speed and increase tempo and introduce movement as players get warmer
* Working player runs out to from blue gate to a server with a ball
* Server throws the ball to working player
*Working player volleys/heads/controls and volleys the ball back to spare player on the next whit cone
* Working player then goes back through their blue gate and move clockwise around and visits the next server - mix movemets up run/sidesteps/high knees
* Coach technical aspects if needed (volley technique, control, heading)
* Movement to recieve - pause inbetween each blue gate then use counter movement to receive the ball from server
* Sharp movement away from server then change direction to go and receive the ball
* Change of speed
