To get ball through to other team 1 player must dribble through middle then play the pass.
Floater in any team to give extra man.
whichever team loses the ball then becomes the pressing team.
Progression/Options:
- Increase/Decrease Floater
- Add amoun of passes needed befoe dribbling through middle
- Create space/width
- Create gaps
- Use floater
