Measure a square approximately 15yds by 15yds. Place one player at each cone with two at one where the drill begins.
To start one of the players at the first cone dribbles a couple of yards then passes to the player on the next cone. The next player then controls the ball with their instep through their body. This should be a smooth action. They then dribble a few yards and repeat round the square.
Progress by shouting change to change direction. Create a one-two pass at the cone.
