When the coach shouts jailbreak white players need to make a run round the red cones and and enter the field. There target is to try and steal the ball from the blue players. Blue player try to shield the ball.
PROGRESSION 2
Same sequence but now players go 2v1. Blues exchange passes and when the coach shouts jailbreak white players need to enter the box and try to win the ball from the couples.
