  1. Pemain pertama melakukan skip samping di atas ladder kemudian melakukan short passing dan stop di pos berikutnya
  2. pemain ke 2 melanjutkan gerakan zig zag di antara hurdle kemudian melakukan passing bola atas
  3. pemain ke 3 lompat kecil di atas ring ketangkasan kemudian melakukan heading
  4. pemain ke 4 melanjutkan dengan sprint kecil di antara cones putih sampai ke pos berikutnya
  5. Lakukab dengan 2 sesi durasi per sesi 20 menit dan istrahat 3 menit
