In this drill player A (or A) plays the ball to B to start the drill and moves into line behind C (at the same time E makes a run around behind D and D comes into the middle).. B lays the ball back to front player at point C, C plays ball to point E gets it back and plays a through ball to meet E's run and moves to point B.. E plays the ball to A who lays it off to point F.. F plays it to C who lays it off the A ..... and then we start again..
