Put small goals on angle throwing distance from the corner of the large goalie box, facing goalie. Shooters at different spots along edge of box, only one shooter at a time, shooting at goal. Goalie tries to score on small nets by throwing from edge of crease. Notes for Goalie: Don't hang back too far in crease, cut down angle. Notes for shooters: Don't look at the goalie...look at empty space. ADVANCED: look at mechanics, eg follow through with leg, and also with body. Will need as assistant fetching balls...perhaps a sibling or two. I will be calling for girls to rotate into other drill.
