DESCRIPTION

  • Mark 2 safe zones at each end of the pitch
  • Place the kids with a ball each in 1 safe zone except for 1 or 2 tacklers (could be the coach) who stand in the middle
  • On the command "bull rush" the kids have to dribble to the opposite safe zone without being tackled
  • If their ball gets kicked off the pitch by a tackler they too become a tackler
  • Last one left is the winner

  • small touches to keep the ball close
  • head up to look for tacklers
