Players will each have a ball. Cone gates are spread out in the playing area, different colours of cone gates. Players will dribble around the playing area, Coach will call out a cone sequence (eg. "Blue, green, green, red"). Players will have to then find a cone gate of that colour and follow the sequence. Non-competitive, just focusing on finding the right gate.
15 minutes needed for this activity.
- Emphasis on keeping your head up to look for the correct cone gate, whilst also not colliding with any other players.
