PROGRESSION
Players dribble towards the ladder (if not available line up 6 cones). The player leaves his ball right before the ladder and has to pass by the ladder.
He then has to run around the white cone over the ladder again and dribble back with his ball towards his team mate who then performs the same sequence.
The last player to finish the sequence brings the ball back at his starting position and tries to knock down the ball on the yellow cone.
