Select 4-6 servers to start with the ball around the outside.
These servers must throw the ball to the players and they must give it back by:
Make sure players are always rotate, shout the word 'CHANGE!' every 45 seconds, change it up every minute and a half.
Make sure players inside the area are always moving around, and on their toes. Get them to call the servers name to recieve the ball.
