Split square into 2, orange zone (pitch for rondo), blue zone (defenders zone).
Split players into 2 (attacking team should always have more players) Preferably 7vs5. Give defending team a number.
Defenders pass ball around in the blue zone. Give each defender a number.
Attackers have to make 5-7 passes before a defender can join. Once the attacking team have reached this amount of passes - the coach calls a number who must go and join defending the attackers.
If defenders win the ball, they must get it into the blue zone and defenders are now the attackers and see how many passes they can make befor elosing the ball. Once this is over, go back to the main pitch with the same amount of defenders.
