dribble with move in middle

COACHING POINTS

  1. 4 sets of cones set up in a triangle
  2. one cone in middle
  3. 4 balls, one at each triangle
  4. each person with ball dribbles to middle and makes move
  5. goes to cone set to right, passs to player on left side
  6. new player dribbles out from right
