The group will be split into two smaller groups, and each will line up behind a cone. One at a time, athletes will run through the ladders, receive a ball, take a touch, and shoot at goal. After shooting, athletes should collect their ball and take it back to the designated area where balls will be held. The next player will be set off after the person infront has taken their shot.
