Set up a square with a channel through the middle. Choose your own size based on no. of players, age etc.
For this instance we are using 4 players, one of them being the intercepter in the channel.
Players have to pass the ball around the channel, on the side that has the ball, there must be 2 players.
Once ball has been intercepted, player in the middle swaps with the player whos pass was intercepted.
