Set up size to suit players age and ability,
Drill starts at 1 as follows.
1)Player starts by dribbling through blue gates and passes into small goal. and move to 2
2)player then runs through agility ladder coach to decide type of run i.e two feet in each step or 1 in each step, then move onto 3
3)players takes ball and dribbles through cones and (4)plays a one-two with passer and shoots into small goal.
5)player then moves across the line with coaches command i.e side steps, once they are level with yellow cone they sprint forward and then backwards repeat at each cone.
6)as soon as 5 is complete the player sprints from green cone to green cone touching each cone as the reach it once complete recive ball and dribble to 7.
7)dribble ball into small play zone and play 1v1 with defender, defender to only apply slight pressure.once complete sprint to 8.
8)player sprints through cones takes ball and then shoots on goal with GK in.
once player finishes they become the player to play 0ne-two and 1v1.
loog for good dribbling technique, with close control,
look for body shape and balance,
passing and shooting accuracy.
time players and record time repeat drill over a few weeks to see if players get better and faster.
