One of the few drills we practice at xtsc fit...This one sees the red player pass the ball to the trigger green player, at which point that player knocks the ball back to red, red then makes a pass through the gate on their left or right as the blue players make a run. The receving blue player then makes a pass to the second blue player making a run to the near post or the red player whom has made a run to the top of the box far post.
A progression to this sees the green player becoming a defender. Excellent cardio, passing touch, vision, and finishing.
