Set-up two gates around 10yds apart (gates approx 3yds wide). Team in red start with the ball. The first player dribbles the ball outside the gates and passes to the opposite team attempting to get teh ball through the oppositions gates. Once the pass is made the player joins the other team. The other team player contraols the pass and moves the ball outside teh gates and carries on the same way.
