Set up a circle as shown size depend on number of players, in this rondo its 5v5.
place 8 players around the circle 5 with blue bibs and 3 with red bibs and 2 red defenders in the middle.
the drill starts with all 8 players around the circle working together to keep the ball from the two red defenders, if the defenders get the ball they then become attackers, the reds on outer circle become part of the red team and move to an outer position and move around the outer circle looking for a pass from the two reds in the circle.
to score points:
the blue team look to break the line of the defenders (pass through the middle of them)
the red team have to gain possesion and pass to the outer reds to score
once the reds score they return back to the circle and become part of the blue team and drill stars again.
