1&2. Gk A will have to move sideways with legs lift high over the rubberband that is ankle height. 1,2,1,2 sequence till Gk done 7X.
3. Gk will face the server that will throw or kick the ball to Gk. Once Gk receive the ball he will return the ball back to server
4. Gk move side ways and around the dummy in the middle and back to where Gk starts.
** Gk will move together with Gk A in the opposite direction . 3 X Serve to the face level, 3 X on the ground for Scooping only.
