SETUP:
- Simple 10x10 grids, 3 players and 1 ball per grid
- Starting player passes to adjacent teammate and then immediately moves to the vacant corner of the gird
- Receiving players uses 2 touches to control and pass to next adjacent player (and then moves to the vacant corner of the grid)
- Coach calls to switch direction after 1 minute
COACHING POINTS
- Open position to receive across the body
- Good 1st touch to enable the pass with the 2nd touch
- Quickly leaves the space after passing
