Excercise to start at the middle of the field
Triangler shape : 15 meters
Two players stand about 15 meters apart from each other, and about 5 meters from 18 yard box.
Plays starts from right to left
Centre player 1 plays a long ball to player 2 on the top right cone , he then controls the ball with a one,two touch, he then plays a long ball to opposite player 3 who also controls the ball, and plays a short ball back to centre player 1 who has moved up half way to received the short ball , he then controls the ball and plays a long ball,between the cones which are on top of the penalty box,finding player 2 who has run to received the ball outwide and cross it to player 3
Player 2 can either play the cross first time or take the one.two touch
Looking for player 3 ,so he can score
All players to rotate
Start with a medium pace , them increased the tempo of excersice as players start to warm up to it
Every player must have a turn at each station
Good communition between players
Good passing and control of the ball
Players moving of the cones when receiving the passes
Players crossing the ball,must look up and find their team mates
