3 teams of equal amount with no more than 12 players on one pitch.
1 team is to start on the outside and are able to move wherever they like around the outside of a marked out area and cannot be tackled but are limited to 3 touches. The other 2 teams are to keep possession of the football with the option of the team on the outside in order to create an overload. Rotate the team which is on the outside.
Progressions
- Challenge the players to count how many passes they can make.
- Reduce the amount of touches the outside team can use. As they have no pressure applied from the other teams; they can find a pass before receiving the ball.
