1-2)
Midfielder Receives from target and plays penetrative pass to 10 positioned in the hole.
3-4)
10 plays a forward pass to 9 who is pinning the opposite CB. 9 Plays the pass back to 10 immediately who moves to receive the return pass
5)
Once the return pass is played, 9 must drift to the blind side of the defender (between CB and FB) and time his diagonal run to 10s pass in behind the defence.
Off the Ball Movement
Once 10 plays through ball, he makes an overlapping run to where 9 started his run to try and get on the far post for a rebound or sweaty.
Body Shape
9 - Side on ready to protect the ball against the CB
10 - Side on ready to receive front foot if marked and back foot if unmarked
8 + 4 - Side on facing inside to try and split the mdifield line/find midfield partner
11 + 7 - Wide as possible opening body to see both goals.
Movement
9 - Make sure to change CB's to remain the opposit of 10. No straight lines
10- Movement from side to side to try and receive on the inside shoulders and when not possible the outside shoulders of CM's.
4 + 8 - One moves to receive at an angle while the other tries to take the marking CM away and then moves to support Midfielder
11 + 7 - Be careful not to go too far forward. Look to Support 9/10 if they receive on same side. If on opposite, Hold run forward to see what happens.
Weight/Type of Pass
1) Passes have to be front foot if pressure on back foot if no pressure.
2) Weight of pass to a marked player must be played with pace.
3) Through ball must be played straight onto the diagonal run in order not to take forward away from goal and pace must be taken off it.
