players from half way line ,pass to players on top of 18 yard box with a long pass and follows the ball , player 2 comes forward to received the ball from player 1 ,they play a one two together ,player 2 turns and runs around the cone whiles player 1 plays a short ball to him
player 2 controls the ball and plays a long ball to player 3
player 3 comes to meet the ball from player 2 who then plays the ball back to player 3 ,he then turns and runs around the cone,whiles player 2 plays a short pass to him
player 3 then runs with the ball throught the cones back to start, the Excersice again
players follow each other's channel and swap with them selfs
