A simple session designed to develop the importance of recovery runs in a 2v2 situation on goal.
Group 1 start as the defenders
Group 2 start as the attackers
Group 3 start in the waiting zone and await the end of the session
session starts with the attackers passing the ball to one of the defenders who plays it straight back to allow them to attack the goal.
As the ball is played from the attacker, the other defender must run forward, touch the cone and then get back in "Recovery" to help defend.
Once the session has played through and the attackers or defenders have been successful, then the positions swap.
The Atk become the Def
The Def go to the waiting zone
