Players will be working in pairs and between the pair they will have one ball. One player will always have the ball while the other player is working. The player with the ball will have the ball held out in his arms while the other player has to run to the ball tap it then back peddle where the player with ball with throw it up for a header. This can be either a attacking header or a defensive header. Each player will work for 2 minutes 3 times
