- 2 teams of 4 ideal for U9, 1 in each half
- Coach alternates which team to serve to
- Team in possession combine to pass as many times as possible
- Defending team sends in 1 player to opponents grid to win the ball
- After 5 passes a 2nd defender can enter, after 10 a 3rd
- If defender wins the ball they should pass to a team mate in their grid

- Players off the ball find space to receive
- Player receivng the ball looks to see pressure and takes touch away
