DESCRIPTION
- Min 5 Players, Max 8 per grid
- Make a 10x10 "Diamond"
- Line players up at one cone ("Start"), one player each at the other 3 cones
- Work around the diamond counter-clockwise
- Player at start passes to player at 2nd cone and follows their pass
- Player receiving drops away from cone opens to receive and passes to the next player, then follows their pass. Repeat for 3rd cone
- Player at the 4th cone still receives but dribbles back to start
- Cycle repeats with next player at the Start
COACHING POINTS
- GOOD PASSES ARE IMPORTANT
- Move away from cone to receive
- Open hips to allow turn
- Use first touch to direct ball toward direction of turn
- Try to receive on back foot (ball across body)
