Two teams work together to keep possession of the ball - one team chases. If the defending team wins the ball, the team, which lost the ball, becomes the defend team. 5 passes for the team in possession they can look to score (nets, target players, dribble) and continue playing.
Team with possession should place on round pitch with one player inside. Player inside try changing position with another player after passing ball from middle pitch.
