1. Arrange cones to create to identical courses to navigate with a fast section, followed by a slower section and then another fast section
2. Split players into two teams with a supply of balls for each team
3. First player in each team navigates to the end and then dribbles AROUND the last cones with the inside of their foot and runs with the ball to the next teammate and hi-fives them so they can go
4. Modify the final turn each time; Outside of foot then progress to a dragback turn
1. RWB - Use bigger touches, ball out of feet
2. Dribbling - smaller touches, keep ball close to maintain control, try using different parts of your foot
3. In both cases head up frequently
