Players will start off by running within the designated area. The coach will then introduce high knees, heel flicks, sidesteps as well as skipping as time progresses. After a few of these progressions have been introduced, allow players to stretch.
After this, ask the players to get into pairs. One of them will need a bib and the other will need a football. The player with the ball will be the one resting therefore the other player will be working. The player working (blue) will play a double one two (4 passes in total) with their partner and then go off and find another red to repeat the same process. After 45 seconds to a minute the players will swap around.
When both groups have performed the first phase, they will perform 4 side foot volleys before finding another person to volley to. The players will perform to volleys with their right foot and then two with their left foot.
