Practice is broken into 3 phases.
1st Phase Red Lines:
Ball starts with a pass from red player to central blue. Blue then lays off to the side for red to run on and shoot first time.
2nd Phase Blue Lines:
Play starts the same way except this time blue plays a pass out wide to a winger. Central blue and opposite winger make well timed runs into the box for the blue winger to play a deep cross
3rd Phase White Lines:
Ball starts the same again with a 1-2 ball is then knocked down the line for winger to run on and put a cross in.
Switch between left and right every play.
Stations are marked as 1 (Central red); 2 (central blue); 3 (Wingers) Rotate stations every play.
To progress add in defenders to challenge the ball in a 2 v 1 then allow red central to support and create a 3 v 2.
