1. Progressive acceleration through middle line (x5).
2. Progressive acceleration to middle cone, sprint to end cone (x3).
3. Progressive acceleration to side cone, sprint to middle cone (x2 e.s).
4. Sprint to middle cone, quick side step to side cone, sprint to end cone (x2 e.s).
5. Sprint to middle cone, react to right/left shout (move to corresponding cone), sprint to end cone (x5).
