Players line up in 3 groups.
Player 1 from the left of the square moves into the square. Player 1 from the top of the square plays the ball into the player in the square. Player 1 then moves in to goal. Then rotate the players moving into the square.
Coaching points:
Ensure the pass is made at a good pace. Player takes the ball on the half turn when the passer calls for the ball. If the player does not receive the call then player takes the ball with their back to goal.
