Set up two squares, on large and one small. Depending on number of players, have some on the outside of the large square and the rest start in the middle of the small square.
Players jog to an outside player, call for the ball and play a one-two back to the outside player. The inside player then jogs to the small square and on to another outside player.
1. Call for the pass.
2. Simple, short pass back to outside player.
3. Effort and speed (this is just a warm-up).
