1) Mark out a playing square with cones (area size dependent on ability of participants)
2) Participants stand in the coned area, all players need a stick and a ball- these participants are now know as the 'fish'. The 'fish' aim is to dribble around the area keeping their ball safe from the 'sharks'.
3) Two Participants are chosen to be the sharks, there aim is to try and tackle the fish and win the ball, once a ball is won the sharks must dribble safely outside of the area and then carries on trying to catch more balls.
4) If a fish loses their ball they then need to stand by with the coach until next round commences.
5) The last fish in the area with their ball is the winner!
