Group will be split into feeders and recievers and will rotate during the session. The feeders will play a 10 yard instep pass to which another player will recieve and dribble up to a cone acting as a defender. At the cone the player will perform a skill e.g a stepover, to beat the player then will have a shot at goal.
This drill will be progressed by replacing the cone with a live defender so it will become1 v 1 with the defender and attacker.
