20x30 area, pinnies, cones, balls. Two neutral players (play for team in possession) at either end. The ball starts with one of the endzone neutrals playing into one of the teams playing 2v2. The team in possession have to play the ball to the other endzone neutral player without losing possession. The neutral player plays with team that has possession. The two defenders must try and stop the attackers and if they in the ball they become the attackers and work with the attacking zone neutral. Each pass to an endzone neutral is a point. Endzone neutral player always passes back to team that had possession. If ball leaves the area, new ball is played to the other team. Rotate teams every 2 minutes.
