Orange Stage:
Player with back to goal recieves a drilled pass to take a touch on back foot and shoot without really moving anywhere
Red Stage:
Player plays a forward pass for a 1-2 with feeder who sets the ball at an angle towards player to strike either taking a touch or first time.
Blue Stage:
Player with back to goal receives a through ball across box to turn and run on and finish.
Yellow stage:
Split into tow sections. First player with back to goal receives a long pass to take down and go through on goal.
Then play ball over top for player to run onto and finish.
Use points system to mark accuracy. Use targets, 3 pts for near posts, 2 points then 1 point for down middle.
