DESCRIPTION

  • 8 vs 6 with the reds attacking the big goal and the blues attacking the zone and then passing the ball into the feeder who plays it out to the red team
  • Make sure the blues squeeze the line high when the ball is at the feeder
  • Blues play in a 4 - 2 - 1 and the reds play in a 3 - 3 and can use the feeder who is on two touches
  • Offsides applies
  • Make sure players are playing realistically when in and out of possession
  • Blues are trying to press high while blues try and build up play from the back
