DESCRIPTION

Working in a circle, 3 players in middle with ball.

*Dribble ball around player

*Pass ball into man on outside and run around him (1-2)

*Pass ball into man on outside and get return through your legs...2 touches then pass off to another. (4 sets of 50 secs)

Then players on outside have ball and 3 in middle work by doing volleys, Headers, Half volleys and chest volleys. ( 4 sets of 45 secs)
