Goalkeeper starts the exercise on the goal. He rounds the cone at which point the coach shoots a daigonal ball aiming for the far post, the goalkeeper has to dive. After the dive he gets up, sidesteps to the cone, touches it, sidesteps back into the middle of the goal at which point the coach fires a shot down the middle of the goal.
