Stage 1 Big Goals
Receive pass from outside box, turn and shoot
Receive pass from left touchline, finish
Receive low throw from right touchline to diving header
Receive pass from outside box with no defender to turn and shoot.
Stage 2 Small Goals
Receive pass from man at top into small box, take a touch and finish, do this 2 times each side
Receive throw from man to header into goal, 2 times each side.
