-To start, run back and forth from to cone 1, back cone 2, back then a sprint to the cones and fast feet through them placing BOTH feet in each gap.
-From there, a sprint to the gate and a sharp turn to running backwards.
-Keep facing the gate and you do slalom facing that direction.
-A last sprint to the last gate and a jog back to the start.(Recovery time)
