DESCRIPTION

Agile leg speed/pace/ Taking chances: inspiration- Mario Gotze

Gotze’s quick feet ultimately proved to be decisive within the final, when he fired the winner past the Argentine keeper. Despite being young and relatively small (5.9) it is his agile movement, low centre of gravity and second-to-none foot speed that allow him to shimmy past players and get those snap-shots, passes and moments of magic in before defensive intervention.

But with natural ability comes training of these areas. This is where the ladder comes into the equation, often popular within American football training this piece of kit is as versatile as they come and trains leg speed like no other.
