Switching Play
There will be 3 teams, a team in red, a team in blue and a defending team in yellow. The blue and red team must keep possession and try and switch the ball to the other team without the defending team getting the ball.
Progression
The blue and red team can only have 2 touches but you can loft the ball over the defending team to the other team but the ball must stay in the other teams box for it to be a successful switch.
Also another progression is that one of the defending players can go in the attacking teams box and try and win the ball back, attacking teams are aloud to have as many touches as they want.
