2 teams and a GK
the attacking team are shooting in the main goal
the defending team have to try and play the ball out of defence and through the cones
if the ball goes out of play then a corner or throw is taken but if it goes over the end line by the cones then the attackers restart
Attacking team must apply pressure to defenders to make playing out of the back difficult
swop over so that both teams get the chance to play both roles
GK must play the ball out by either a roll/throw or a pass with feet
Defending team need to think about creating and finding space as when they have the ball
attacking team need to work on shutting down in pairs to stop defenders from playing out of the back
defenders need to create width and angles
WHEN A DEFENDER MOVES INTO SPACE ANOTHER PLAYER FROM THEIR TEAM NEEDS TO BE ENCOURAGED TO FILL THE SPACE LEFT BEHIND
WHEN AN ATTACKER PRESSES THE BALL THEN THE TEAM MUST ALL MOVE FORWARD TO NARROW PLAYING AREA
