4 groups and all the cones are in the middle
The idea is to be the first team to retrieve all of the cones on the inside and put them back before any other team
While you are waiting to run for the cone you have to complete some exercises
1. squats
2. push ups
3. mountain climbers
4. squat jacks
5. shoudler press on floor
6. crunches
7. Lunges
8. moving push ups
9. leg lifts
10. plank
