Pest (yellow), defender (red), passers (white) on cones - can use 2 or 3 if 4 not available & they can move around.
Pest receives, controls & passes to another passer with 3 touches. Defender tries to win ball.
Continue for appropriate time, say 1 minute

Variations /Progressions
- if too hard with defender, take defender out;
- each passer has a ball, so attacker chooses which passer to go to and plays simple one-two;
- one touch;
- passer throws in to head, chest, knee, thigh, etc
